International Cuisine Association of Singapore (ICAS) was established in 2000 to upgrade the knowledge and skills of the restaurant industry. ICAS is an Approved Training Centre that offers National Institute of Technical Certificate (NITEC) in Food & Beverage Operations and in Culinary Skills. These programmes are taught by experienced and qualified trainers. Our training curriculum has been developed with a practical hands-on-approach. Unique modules are continuously being developed in response to changing needs of the industry.
